My robot is happy. On the last day of Passover, it’s wandering around the living room hoovering up matzah crumbs. I listen for where it is and where it gets stuck. I know that I have to lift a clothing rack off the floor. The robot gets wedged under it so tightly that it can’t back out. And I have to flip my bathrobe on its hook so that the robot doesn’t try to eat its belt. I haven’t been outside today. There’s been no reason to venture out. No one is around, and nothing is being delivered. Tomorrow was supposed to be another holiday, with parties in parks. That won’t be happening either. Today, I’m staying in and continuing to wrestle with technology. It gives me something to do.
