On the steps down to the Wall, a clarinetist plays La Marseillaise from sheet music on a wobbly stand. He is more or less in tune with what I think at first is a muezzin, but turns out to be the voice of another musician, vaguely mumbling a song into a mic as he strums an acoustic guitar.
