You, you are too nice, too soft, too insecure. If you stay like that, you will not survive. Always the people like us, at the bottom of the chain, we report the problem, try to fix the problem, and everybody thinks that we are the problem. You will have to learn to fight, to insist, to change, maybe not be so nice, so American. After some time, you will become like one of us.
