"Falafel? On a baguette?!" The teenager looks at his mother in horror. The worker nods to the mother. "Of course we can do that. What, since your son started studying at Technion, he thinks he knows everything that can exist?" The little boy with them snickers. "Since before Technion," he says. The teenager swats him with his open hand. "But falafel on a baguette?" the teenager whines. The worker stares him down. "We have pita. We have baguettes. We have laffa bread. And we have falafel, shawarma, sabich, and even burgers. Anything with anything is possible." I think of flashing a Vulcan salute at him and intoning "Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations." But he would probably think I was doing a priestly blessing out of context and would be even more confused.
